Search Commands

Hello all! I thought I would add the search commands that we were given when we first signed up for Assess Right Pro, as well as some that I have found during our time using it. 

>= Greater than or equal to

> Greater than

<= Less than or equal to

< Less than

!= Not Equal to

… Used in searching between two numbers. Ex: Percentage complete between 50…75


%[0-9]% search for anything containing a number.
  
% Wildcard. Ex: Smith%John would pull up property where John could be the first or second name. IE Smith Judy and John


If you need anymore explanation on how to use any of these commands let me know! If I find anymore I will add them to this post.

The % wildcard is very helpful and is now shown in the Search Help. That's a great tip, Brandon!

Loved the % wildcard this morning. Had a lady leave a message overnight and gave me her name. When I put her name in ARPro, nothing came up. When I used the % wildcard it came up with her husband first. This feature takes the responsibility from my eyes and puts it on ARPro. Love it, thanks Brandon and Brad!!!!

P.S.  Women should always come first on the deed. This would help with equality.   Dane Garber
