Based on requests from users, we have added the following features to Assess Right Pro over the past few weeks:
The CAMA Study search has been updated to include the same features for searching maps, groups of maps, multiple classes and named districts as the Property Search.
Fair Cash Value of Land is now available on the CAMA screen and can be updated at the same time CAMA changes are made.
When working in a previous year, records that have sold in the newer year are reported in the status area as FUTURE SALE.
All transfers are flagged in a tax year. This flag is used when rolling data forward to avoid overwriting any ownership changes in new years.
This year will be the first to use the new Mailing Name/January 1 Owner name feature to avoid issues with the post office returning In-Care Of tax bills and notices. Please remember to inform the clerk’s office that bills will need to include the January 1 Owner somewhere on the bill this year.
The permit search now includes any flag comments from the main parcel to allow working permits and fieldwork updates simultaneously.
A searchable Quad field has been added to the parcel cards to allow working specific quads each year and identifying parcels that have not been updated.
The leasehold flag is now searchable from the Property Search advanced search form.
Exempt property fair cash values are now displayed on the History tab.
Added the Application for Valuation under Agriculture form to the FORMS dropdown on the property cards. The form will automatically fill in the owner, address, county, and map number.

Brad Weaver, Administrator: couldn't quite remember where to go to find it. A quick "shout" to other users would probably result in a quick response and get that form printing right away!
